Efficient pre-appointment details
To help us make the most of our time together, please have any relevant documents, information, and questions ready before your appointment.
For tax or bookkeeping services, please have your financial records, prior tax returns, notices, or other applicable documents available.
For business or administrative services, please prepare a brief description of your business, the assistance you are looking for, and any related documents.
For immigration form preparation assistance, please have your identification and relevant immigration documents available for review.
If you are unsure what documents you need, don't worry—we can discuss your specific situation during your appointment.
Cancellation policies
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for repeated late cancellations.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.

Secure Payment policies
Your privacy and payment security are important to us. All online payments are processed through a secure payment processing system, and Nogales Bookkeeping & Business Solutions LLC does not store your complete credit or debit card information.
Payment may be required at the time of booking for certain appointments or services. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
Payments are applied to the scheduled service or consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy will apply.
